Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaasUpselos platform, a multi-tenant store management service offered by Upselos ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

To use our services, you must be a natural or legal person legally authorized to enter into contracts. You are responsible for creating and maintaining your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your personal data up to date.

You are entirely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur on your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the SaasUpselos platform in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute content without permission
• Access or attempt to access data from other users
• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt normal platform operations

Some services require a paid subscription. Subscription fees will be charged according to the frequency you selected (monthly or annually). You agree to authorize automatic payments through the payment methods you have registered.

Prices are displayed in local currencies and may be subject to change with 30 days' notice. Applicable taxes will be added to your subscription amount.

The SaasUpselos platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You retain ownership of all data you upload and store on the SaasUpselos platform. We grant you the right to access your data and download it at any time. You may request deletion of your data at any time, unless required by law to retain it.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings. Termination of your account becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. You will remain responsible for all charges until the end of that period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that poses a risk to the security or stability of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after posting modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
